Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using InflowHub ("Service"). By accessing or using InflowHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

InflowHub provides tools to send appointment reminders and follow-up messages via the Facebook Messenger Platform. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with:

  • These Terms of Service
  • Meta's Messenger Platform Policies
  • All applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

2. Account and Authentication

Access to InflowHub requires authentication via your Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook credentials. InflowHub is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Message Credits

Message Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when reminders or messages are sent. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire and are tied to your Facebook account. InflowHub reserves the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InflowHub to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate Meta's policies
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit any malicious, illegal, or deceptive content
  • Violate the Messenger Platform's 24-hour messaging window rules

5. Facebook Platform Compliance

InflowHub operates within the Facebook Messenger Platform. You acknowledge that Meta's policies govern the underlying messaging functionality, and InflowHub cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if Meta changes its platform policies or API access.

6. Refunds

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

InflowHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InflowHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InflowHub at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or Meta's platform policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
